Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipments are usually sent via UPS Mail Innovations, which means that UPS handles the package until it gets to your ZIP code, where they had it over to the post office for final delivery. Once it is in the hands of the post office, the tracking number should be searchable on Until this occurs, you may see an error message such as "Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time," or "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site." This is normal; please do not be alarmed if you see this message when you attempt to track your package (if you see an error message after the first few days, please email us so we can make sure your delivery confirmation number is accurate).

**If your address is in Hawai'i, Alaska or Puerto Rico, we strongly recommend that you choose expedited shipping. Standard shipping to those locations can take much longer than for addresses within the Continental US. (This is also true for FPO and APO addresses.)

International Shipping

International shipments are sent via USPS International Priority Mail or USPS International Express Mail.

If the book you ordered weighs more than four pounds, your shipping cost will be increased.

Please remember that delivery can be delayed by customs proceedings.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a no questions asked return policy. Within 7 days of receiving your book, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (as long as it is unread, and in the same condition in which you received it).

In order for us to process a return, you must send the book to the correct address. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions for mailing the item back to us.

Refunds are processed through the marketplace where the book was originally purchased, since that marketplace processed your original payment and then passed the funds along to us. They have it set up this way to help keep buyers' financial information secure; sellers like us do not ever see the payment methods of buyers. Once we process a refund through the marketplace, they will email the buyer directly with the details of the refund (typically, they refund it to whatever method of payment was originally used, such as a credit card, checking account, etc).

If you paid with paypal, we'll issue your refund through paypal via the original transaction. Please make sure you still have access to your paypal account so you can receive your refund.
